PATENT# 5655230
ADDaDRAIN to a "host" toilet.
- The ADDaDRAIN adapter plate is made of plastic foam which is easily shaped to exactly fit any toilet. Its outside edge is finished with commonly available vinyl base molding.
- ADDaDRAIN raises standard height toilets to the new "comfort height." This height also conforms to ADA standards.
- ADDaDRAIN stops "rocking toilets" caused by deformations in toilet bottoms or subfloors. The adapter plate foam holds distributed loads while conforming to point loads.
- ADDaDRAIN connects satellite fixtures to a "host" toilet using standard PVC plumbing. Conduit cover is designed, and may be used, to hold drain lines while giving a finished appearance.
- ADDaDRAIN without "chiseling out" or "jack hammering" floors.
- "New" appliance or fixture does not have to be in the same room as the "host" toilet. Make a simple hole in the wall base plate and then run the drain line thru and connect it to the ADDaDRAIN.
- Commercial property owners are now able to add special application sinks (utility, dental, salon), employee showers, washing machines, & etc. without expensive and permanent drain remodeling. Better yet, when the tenant leaves, the drain to the existing fixture and/or appliance may be easily removed, relocated, or changed to suit the new tenant.
- ADDaDRAIN may be used for both residential and commercial property modifications.
- Installing the ADDaDRAIN is similar to installing or re-seating a toilet - a quick and easy installation for Do It Yourselfers.
- Save large amounts of water by adding a "water saving" urinal with ADDaDRAIN. Amplify water savings by installing urinals in structures with multiple "residential type" bathrooms such as hotel and motel rooms. See www.MrFixture.com for more information.
